With the CNBC Republican debate in Michigan already behind him, this is still going to be a busy week for Senator Sam Brownback. He continues to make campaign appearances in Iowa as the week winds down. In addition, there are a couple of significant Brownback events that will be of interest to those of us in other parts of the country.

Wednesday morning, Oct 10, Sam will be participating in a live online chat courtesy of the Washington Post between 11am and 12pm EST. Questions may be submitted prior to or during the event here. On Friday, Oct 12, Presidential candidates Sam Brownback (R) and Joe Biden (D) will hold an unprecedented joint bipartisan summit to discuss the Brownback-Biden-Boxer political solution for Iraq, “the only Iraq-related policy plan the Senate has adopted this year.”
