Mitt Romney- Shameless RINO, Closeted Moonbat

Filed under: Abortion,Election 2008,Family,Homosexuality,Mitt Romney,Pro-Life,RINOs — Sisyphus @ 9:50 am

The man’s opinions on abortion are on par with Hillary Clinton’s:

Only a few years later, Romney was back in Massachusetts, running for his current position as their governor. When prodded by his pro-choice opponent in a debate, Gov. Romney said, “Let me make this very clear. I will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose.” In that same election, he endorsed embryonic stem cell research, refused to take a position on human cloning, and endorsed Medicaid funding for abortions.

Meanwhile, his support for Sodomites is even more egregious than John Kerry’s:

In 1994, while running for Senate, Romney had sent a letter to the homosexual Log Cabin Republicans group, stating that he would be a stronger advocate for gay rights than Sen. Kennedy. Conservative leaders viewed his earlier statements as troubling and called for an ‘abject rejection’ of his earlier stance. …The combination of this and his abortion flip-flop could strangle his candidacy in its crib.

This man might as well run as a Democrat. I can see him appointing John Kerry as his Vice President, that way one man could flip one way and the other could flop the other, thereby covering all positions. What serious American could vote for this man, though? And who’s financing him? If I had to speculate, I’d be surprised if it doesn’t turn out to be wealthy Democrats like George Soros through frontmen and various other money-laundering techniques. But only time, and any subsequent investigations, will tell. Meanwhile, sit back and watch the Romney campaign implode, along with the Giuliani’s and McCain’s.

  1. Why don’t they ever show the full quote?

“Let me make this very clear. I will preserve and protect a woman’s right to choose [to murder her baby].”

Great endorsement for Romney: he’s to the left of the Swimmer. What a turd!

Funny image of sKerry and Flipper trying to out flip each other. I spewed my coffee!

  2. The Romney running is the Romney of 2207, not the Romney of 1994. People mature in their opinions, people change.

Who are you to ridicule a person for becoming a Conservative?

  3. Matt, what proof do you have that multiple-choice Mitt is actually a conservative now when he wasn’t yesterday?

You are right about one thing though: I’ll consider Romney in 2207. Certainly not in 2007.

  4. I think the Romney of 2207 must be partially bionic, if not an out-and-out cyborg. I’m not sure I’m ready for a cyborg President, Matt. In fact, I think that’s unConstitutional. 🙂

  5. It might be okay if he’s assembled in the United States, Sisyphus. But if he’s made in China, no way.

  6. […] for the foreseeable future. The wingnuts who have taken over the party don’t like McCain or Romney, and they won’t support a pro-choice candidate like Giuliani. That’s pretty much all of […]
