File This One Under, “Who Cares?”

Still recuperating, but I just saw this:

The Democratic presidential race has tightened even more, with Hillary Clinton gaining an edge over Barack Obama among Democratic voters, according to a new Gallup poll.

The March 14-18 national survey of 1,209 Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters gave Clinton lead of 49 percent to 42 percent over Obama. The poll has an error margin of 3 percentage points.

So, amongst traitors that hate America, the traitors who like the black Muslim who attends sermons by a race-baiter are being edged out by the traitors who like the gay woman whose Vince Foster-murdering, Communist husband fornicated with a harlot in the Oval Office when he wasn’t abetting Osama Bin Laden or wrecking the US economy. Booor-ing!

The less said about those RINO McCainiacs, the better. He makes Communism look good, that phony.

On the other hand, real Americans are divided between praying for the Rapture to take them now, and rolling up their sleeves to continue to do God’s will here on Earth. Real Americans know that the only true candidate, Sam Brownback, will win in 2008. All we have to do is put God in our hearts, and Sam Brownback’s name on our write-in ballot slots. The Lord will watch out for his flock; He Is the Good Shepherd Who will not allow harm to befall them.

Yea, though I walk through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I shall fear no evil, so long as God and His Anointed Christian Patriot acolytes are there to guide me. Amen! HIS WILL BE DONE!

  5. Elephant Bones- You can’t honestly say it will be a shoe in for the democrats. Hillary is basically doing the dirty work of the republican party, Obama’s background is perfect political fodder, and McCain can just sit back and collect money. Plus the fact neither senators did anything of substance against escalating the war, their support among the left is not nearly as secured as McCain’s is with the right. The reason for the republicans dominance of national politics for so many years is because they come together under one candidate no matter what. I don’t care who wins but right now, I think McCain is sitting strongest. He’s got a united base, plenty of money, and hasn’t had to sling mud in months.

But you got the title right on this one. Who cares? Good question, Sisy, who has ever cared about a damn thing you’ve ever said? If I weren’t so sure you were a joke I’d have to think you were one of the stupidiest people on earth, but you are a joke, and you’ve proven that all on your own, you’re a liberal in your real life, you really favor Obama, (myself I still prefer Hillary, that woman for president idea still appeals to me) and you do all this for all the same reasons everyone else here does, to help make the Republicans look stupid, and for anyone who believes you mean what you say,it works. Of course they don’t really need your help because they look stupid enough already, but any little bit of help to keep them out of office is always appreciated.

But then again, underneath it all, you’re still pretty stupid.

Diablo’s actually right here– at least, when it comes to those in power within the party. This is, in my mind, most of the reason why Bush was re-elected. Not everyone was able to stand behind Kerry, hence why votes went to Nader and others. Also note how quickly McCain took the Republican helm. The populace had had enough of the ultra-conservative(read: Huckabee), and so went to the most moderate choice(without spilling over like Ron Paul).

Once with the help of his brother the governor and once with the help of another butt buddy governor. There are already “faulty” voting facilities all ready to help again should a “recount” be requested. As Bush said in a recent press release “I hope this election wont be fixed”. Either he was being sarcastic because he already knows it’ll be fixed, or he meant what he said because he doesn’t like copycats.

  47. I think Marty is a cool guy. eh can’t read the bible and doesn’t afraid of being anti-christ.

you are a heathen idolator, deserving of death by stoning.

Nice try, but there’s this thing– the Gnostics. I’d suggest looking into them, since Jesus was actually one of them. I’m actually more faithful to Christ, seeing as how I agree that that which is physical is a lie of sorts. The soul matters more than any demonic GREED bling or PRIDEFUL Hummer-purchasing. You, who believes the way to God is through money, you are epic fail. You are the very kind Jesus rose against.

Second, since you are a heathen, you obviously don’t know your scripture (John 3:9)

Funny, I’ve read the book a number of times. Oh, watch this– I too, can bend your words with the bible!

8 He that committeth sin is of the devil: for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God appeared, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9 Whosoever is born of God committeth not sin: for his seed abideth in him. And he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

You’re born of God like I have a 16-inch penis.

Oh, here’s some more, from the same secton!

10 Whosoever is not just is not of God, or he that loveth not his brother.

15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer. And you know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in himself.

16 In this we have known the charity of God, because he hath laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 He that hath the substance of this world and shall see his brother in need and shall shut up his bowels from him: how doth the charity of God abide in him? 18 My little children, let us not love in word nor in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 19 In this we know that we are of the truth and in his sight shall persuade our hearts. 20 For if our heart reprehend us, God is greater than our heart and knoweth all things. 21 Dearly beloved, if our heart do not reprehend us, we have confidence towards God. 22 And whatsoever we shall ask, we shall receive of him: because we keep his commandments and do those things which are pleasing in his sight.

Oh, and your little “I’m the son of God” spiel:

    Old Testament

The title “son of God” is frequent in the Old Testament. The word “son” was employed among the Semites to signify not only filiation, but other close connexion or intimate relationship. Thus, “a son of strength” was a hero, a warrior, “son of wickedness” a wicked man, “sons of pride” wild beasts, “son of possession” a possessor, “son of pledging” a hostage, “son of lightning” a swift bird, “son of death” one doomed to death, “son of a bow” an arrow, “son of Belial” a wicked man, “sons of prophets” disciples of prophets etc. The title “son of God” was applied in the Old Testament to persons having any special relationship with God. Angels, just and pious men, the descendants of Seth, were called “sons of God” (Job 1:6; 2:1; Psalm 88:7; Wisdom 2:13; etc.). In a similar manner it was given to Israelites (Deuteronomy 14:50); and of Israel, as a nation, we read: “And thou shalt say to him: Thus saith the Lord: Israel is my son, my firstborn. I have said to thee: Let my son go, that he may serve me” (Exodus 4:22 sq.).

The leaders of the people, kings, princes, judges, as holding authority from God, were called sons of God. The theocratic king as lieutenant of God, and especially when he was providentially selected to be a type of the Messias, was honoured with the title “Son of God”.

    New Testament

The title “the Son of God” is frequently applied to Jesus Christ in the Gospels and Epistles. In the latter it is everywhere employed as a short formula for expressing His Divinity (Sanday); and this usage throws light on the meaning to be attached to it in many passages of the Gospels. The angel announced: “He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the most High… the Holy which shall be born of thee shall be called theSon of God” ( Luke 1:32, 35). Nathaniel, at his first meeting, called Him the Son of God (John 1:49). The devils called Him by the same name, the Jews ironically, and the Apostles after He quelled the storm. In all these cases its meaning was equivalent to the Messias, at least. But much more is implied in the confession of St. Peter, the testimony of the Father, and the words of Jesus Christ.

  52. The way to knowledge is through learning. English is a good start.

idiot…the way to money is through GOD!

You really never read it, did you? A massive chunk of Christ’s ideas are based upon the dissolution of the material, the giving of charity, and a strong focus on the inner spirit(learning to build a stronger connection to God a goal).

18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?

19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God.

20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.

21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.

22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

-Note that treasure =/= money. The Kingdom of Heaven lies within; that is, the immaterial.-

23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.

24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!

25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

    Comment by Arn — March 26, 2008 @ 4:40 am | Reply

  68. Arn- you mentioned something interesting back around post 42 about how Bush was commenting about the upcoming elections and how the Republicans conspired to steal the first Bush election win. First, I think we can all agree, if there was a conspiracy, President Bush would be the very last person to be informed of such, even if he was in the middle of it. He is like the Keanu Reeves character from “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” meets “The Manchurian Candidate”. He was obviously making a joke that wasn’t cleared by anyone on his staff. Seriously, do you think he could even conspire his way out of a hot car on a summer day? We aren’t talking about the Honorable Senator Brownback here. And while I understand how many people we ticked at the Supreme Court’s decision to end the recount (don’t you just hate activist judges?) they did have their reasoning. I think it had less to do with Bush winning (let’s be honest here, there was little difference between Bush and Gore at the time) as to prevent endless recounts throughout the country, cause you just know if the Republicans lost the first round, they would force a second round of recounts either there or a different state, with the dems demanding another in a third state and the cycle wouldn’t end for months. As for the second Bush election, the dems didn’t take the general election serious at all. I think they assumed that anyone politically safe and neutral would easily defeat Bush which resulted in them nominated the worst candidate possible…well I guess the could have dug up Billy Carter but I think he would have done pretty good compared to Kerry with the “NASCAR” crowd in the South. I see a lot of parallels in this election. The Democrats, and their supporters are assuming that there is no way for a republican to win so they are fighting for the party nomination like wild animals, ignoring the fact that McCain is sitting pretty with cash, biding his time. Whoever wins the dem’s nomination is going to be limping in the general election, having exhausted their war chest and covered in muck. Not that there is a difference between any of the candidates other than the Honorable Senator Brownback, whom will righteously lead us to a Golden Age of American Imperialism in Christ’s name just as our nation’s founders intended.

A quick rundown on our enemies current status

    Comment by Anonymous — March 26, 2008 @ 8:25 pm | Reply

  73. Anno Domini refers to the original system of timekeeping in the Church based on the year of Christ’s birth (NOT death. “Anno Domini” is Latin for “in the year of Our Lord”). Due to a medieval error and the inaccuracy of the calendar which persisted until about the 15th century (and even then the more accurate Gregorian calendar wasn’t universally adopted until about 1715), the dating is off by a few years. Thus, Jesus is believed to have been born between 4 and 6 BC, which isn’t too inaccurate considering how little medieval scholars had to work with.

And Arn, based on Jewish timekeeping, he probably thought it was 4000 or thereabouts (official Jewish dating is based from an estimate of the Creation. If you look at the cornerstone of a Jewish synagogue, it has two years on it–one, the official AD year, and the other, the Jewish year). That’s if Jesus even thought the number used to signify the year was at all important, which is a pretty big if, when you look at his teachings.

I personally find it rather misleading that some authorities are now replacing the words “BC” and “AD” with “B.C.E.” (Before the Current Epoch) and “C.E.” (Current Epoch). Regardless of one’s religious beliefs, it would be unwise to forget how our current system of numbering the years was based.

    Comment by TrogdortheEnlightened — March 27, 2008 @ 10:52 am | Reply

  75. L, I completely agree with you on the dangers of losing knowledge about origins of things we use everyday. Take in point the Constitution. Most people have never heard of the Federalist Papers or even understand what the original founders had in mind in developing the country’s government. Many on the left like to bash our founding fathers as being “backward” or racist/sexist on the fact that they limited voting to only male landowners like themselves. If one were to actually examine history, people would realize just how forward thinking our founding fathers really were. What I mean is that they were afraid of allowing people without property to vote on issues that would directly effect property rights, such as taxes. This prevented the poor from basically voting away any and all private property. We look at this now and think “My gosh, they ignored the majority of the population of the US” which is in fact the completely opposite is true. Back then when people actually read good newspapers and public debate was intellectual vice mindless claptrap like today, this was a very popular position as it made sense to them. Of course this was before socialism and communism. This also prevented a class war like what occurred to the French Government following their revolution. I am not saying that we should go back to the era where only rich, white landowners voted (I myself would not fall into this group), but to say that they had set up the government solely for racist or sexist intentions in mind is just not true.

I don’t know who you’ve spoken to, but I actually believe that the founding fathers were some of the most radical liberals in history– especially when you consider the era. They knew to keep things vague, just in case the views would ever change(the gender-specifics likely play more on common speech then, as quite a number of First Ladies took on political power nonetheless). Yes, voting back then was only for the rich white males, but within the Constitution, no one was ever specified.

Ironically, they virtually undid everything the pilgrims came for(strict religious life being the biggest).

  88. Now the MSM is saying that Clinton doesn’t have a chance. When will they shut up about the Democrats, already? They’ve lost, and their 21% approval rating means that we won’t be seeing them for a long time.

“But Teh Jesus was born in 4 B.C.– just ask Corker!”

L is right. Our most persistent trolls are idiots outside of their fields of expertise (Arn: Pot; Dio: Gnosticism), but they triumphantly think otherwise. Ussher will be known for all time: You’ll be lucky to have your graves around 10 years after you die.

“The reason for the republicans dominance of national politics for so many years is because they come together under one candidate no matter what.”

One only has to look at the Conneticut Senatorial primaries to witness the Democrat refusal to unite around a single candidate. This is probably a good thing, though, since that’s what caused Lieberman to leave the party.

“Also, if you honestly consider Fox News “fair and balanced” just because they say so, I highly recommend you never get a job working for the Department of Weights and Measures.”

L, Rupert Murdoch donated more to the RINO Giuliani than any other candidate. Hitlery, the shape-shifting washing machine, received the second-most donations. This should prove that Fox News is probably moderate-left. The other news corporations are all far left. If you want to know about a real right wing news site (other than this one), I suggest you go to World Net Daily.

“Ironically, they virtually undid everything the pilgrims came for(strict religious life being the biggest).”

You just admitted that people came to America in order to live the most pious life possible. All it took were two moonbats, Jefferson and Franklin, to destroy the government’s usefulness once and for all. When Lincoln and Wilson tried to turn the country fascist, everyone was fully convinced that it was time to get rid of Big Government. Yes, moonbats, that includes your precious socialized mail.

“F-ck this election. No Christian’s gonna win anyway. I’m buying a new rifle and stocking up on canned goods. That’s my election strategy, and if any of these libtards come near me they’re getting it between the eyes.”

I think attacking the moonbats where they are at their most vulnerable _ the DNC conventions _ is the best solution. The LORD commands that we have battlements on our house, but we don’t have to use just those for fighting.

Thanks, but I personally have nothing against agnostics. If you’d been paying attention, you’d notice that I have recently converted to Stregheria, a pagan religion. (Assuming that one’s religious affiliation has anything whatsoever to do with how much one knows about religion is a tempting, but dangerous, stance. I know all too many so-called “Christians” who’ve never even cracked open a Bible, much less learned the history of Christianity.) Also, I’m assuming “Ussher” was a typo, and you meant to say “Us here,” which is grammatically incorrect. (“We,” not “us.” “Us” is the objective form, “we” is the subjective form.) I would like to remind you that not everyone remembered for millenia has been a good person (Ever hear of Nero?), and that Usher (that rapper who makes me want to rip out my own eardrums) will likely be remembered with more fondness.
