Sam Brownback Endorses John McCain

Senator John McCainIt’s official. I will make no comment except to say that Sam Brownback has done the correct thing by endorsing neither Rudy Giuliani nor Mitt Romney (click the links to see exclusive B4B coverage of these pretenders). Thankfully the Giuliani rumors were just that: rumors, as I stated at length at the time.

And now, B4B presents the principled conservative Republican, Sam Brownback, a great man and the next Governor of Kansas:

What do you folks think about this endorsement? I am ambivalent for now. Perhaps we will have more to say about this later.

Update: Sam Brownback’s letter of endorsement to McCain supporters.

This morning, I flew to Iowa to join and endorse my friend, John McCain, for President of the United States. John McCain is a true American hero and I’m proud to stand with him today.

John McCain is the only choice to lead our country in the global fight against Islamic fundamentalism.

He has spent a lifetime standing up for human rights around the world, including a consistent 24 year pro-life record of protecting the rights of the unborn.

Reactions?

Update 2: On this same day, Pat Robertson went the wrong way.  He endorsed of all people, RINO Rudy Giuliani.

Despite disagreeing with Giuliani on a number of social issues, such as abortion and gay rights, the influential Christian conservative said he felt confident with Giuliani in the Oval Office, calling him “a proven leader who is not afraid of what lies ahead and who will cast a hopeful vision for all Americans.”

Uh huh.  That makes sense.  /sarc

Exit question: Has the usually good and reliable Pat Robertson lost his mind?

  3. You should delete those anti-Mc Cain slanders pronto, guys. 🙂

And let´s see if Sam gets to become governor.

When was he ever clear of mind?

  5. Don’t you guys just love the Republican front runners?

    Pro-abortion pro-gay anti-gun Guiliani.
    Pro-illegal immigrant amnesty loving McCain.
    Pro-abortion tax loving Romney.
    Pro-Hollywood lazy Thompson.

I guess that leaves only 1 real candidate. His first name is Ron (same as a recent previous president named Ron) and his last name is Paul (like Saint Paul the Apostle).

  6. HI! my name is Marty McPain and I’m big fan of Johnnie McCain.

I want you all to know that I am feeling the love flowing out of Baby Brownie’s heart right at my Johnnie.

I like to think that Johnnie have been tortured before, so he won’t torture us when the time comes. I hope that. All the rest of the candidates, especially that vile Hitlerly Clinton, want to chain us up and whip us and burn us with cigars.

I am sure HAPPY to have you with us!

  7. So all of a sudden McCain is good for you guys? You still have that ‘Resist Rudy McRomney’ link up, you know.

  8. I’m sure 100 or 200 people noticed this bold move.

And, nice move to back a guy with such an excellent chance to win. I’m sure McCain will pull it off. I prayed on this yesterday, and God told me that’s just the way it’ll work out.

  9. So all of a sudden McCain is good for you guys?

Uh, your reading comprehension is lacking. Sam endorsed McCain. I did not. I don’t have a strong opinion on the endorsement and it doesn’t automatically mean that I support McPain. I’m glad the Senator didn’t endorse Giuliani or Romney. It was probably a politically wise move. It may not do much for McCain, but it certainly doesn’t help those other two demons.

That, in itself, is a good thing.

  12. If I were him, I would have endorsed Duncan Hunter. Ann Coulter endorses him. Free Republic endorses him. Rush Limbaugh endorses him. Hey, even the drunk farmer that crashes his truck into the same tree every morning endorses him! He’s the number one advocate for the Iraq War, he’s the number one advocate for a constitutional amendment to ban ALL abortion, he’s the number one on immigration, and surely he would require school uniforms as well! Sam, I’m disappointed. At least it wasn’t JEWliani or RUMney.

If Spacebrother comes back, Ed Note, I vote for you to censure his posts permanately and replace them all with “GOD HAS SMITTEN ME. I AM A SINNER.” every time. I am TIRED of that nabbering noob that probably has a Star Trek mask and also enjoys Alex Trebek: both sins, mind you.

Arn Lewis, why do you hate America?

So you also hate free speech and love censorswhip and revisionism. You must be a member of kkk wing of Al Queida.

And if Coulter and Limbaugh endorse Dunkkkan Hunter, then so does Bin Laden, Stormfront.

Why do you hate Jews Slob_Corkinbutt? Are you a skinhead?

  14. Bob the snob has no knob.
He sits on his face and complains a lot.
He has an SS uniform, that’s his moral norm.
    He thinks he is Jesus,
    please don’t cheese us.
And if he could rule, we would be in hell.
But hell is science fiction, and we know it well.

    Greetings from sunny Barbados
thanx to everyone for watching my video.
