Et Tu, Georgia?

GavelGeorgia has gone RINO on us, allowing deviants and perverts to roam its streets at will:

Georgia’s Supreme Court on Friday ordered the release of a young man who has been imprisoned for more than two years for having consensual oral sex with another teenager.

The court ruled 4-3 that Genarlow Wilson’s 10-year sentence was cruel and unusual punishment.

Wilson, 21, was convicted of aggravated child molestation following a 2003 New Year’s Eve party at a Douglas County hotel room where he was videotaped having oral sex with a 15-year-old girl. He was 17 at the time.

Georgia has gone the way of California, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, and every other state that wants to let sexual perverts and predators molest children at will. The shameless decision of the Georgia Supreme Court will haunt each and every one of its members until the day they die and face judgment for their actions.

When we said that legitimizing homosexuality would lead to legitimizing NAMBLA, the moonbats scoffed. Now we see that America is one day closer to the fulfillment of that dour prophecy. I hope you’re happy that your children can now be savagely sodomized by vicious predators, leftists. You have sown the wind by letting homosexuals off the hook; now you reap the whirlwind in the form of legalized pederasty.

God please forgive America her sins, and lead her back into Thy Light.

  3. Good summery of a sad story Sisyphus. The only thing we Christians can take comfort in is God has already pre-smited Georgia with a sever drought. Now that Georgia has scorned God’s warning we know their water problems will only get worse.

  5. So you think that a suitable punishment for a teenager getting carried away with a female friend is 10 years in prison? Foolish man.

  6. It’s not Georgia’s fault.

These two teens will be condemned to hell for engaging in sexual activity out of wedlock; that’s punishment enough.

  7. “So you think that a suitable punishment for a teenager getting carried away with a female friend is 10 years in prison?”

No. I think he should’ve been punished with castration. Possibly shot, as well.

Ten years was far too lenient, but at least it was something.

Good point Sisyphus, painful but good. If the liberal demon is running amok in Georgia what’s next, Texas? I pray to Jesus it won’t come to that.

You’re also right about how sick this kid is Sisyphus. We can be certain he polluted himself over his own image. That’s two kids he molested; his boyfriend and himself and they just let that serial pedophile walk free.

  9. They finally let this poor kid out? By a 4-3 vote?

“having oral sex with a 15-year-old girl. He was 17 at the time.”

The kid rotted in jail for 2+ years for doing something that probably half of American teenagers do, and the vote to let him out was only 4-3? Don’t worry, Sisyphus, Georgia is still plenty backwards.

  10. I think the state of Georgia should pay this young man DAMAGES in the form of HOOKERS!

yes you read me. The state should pay for the young man to get three blowjobs a week for the next TEN years!

what a horrible abuse of state powers…

(of course I would let the state deduct any BJs the boy received in prison)

    “Yes, but in what order?”

Well, it wouldn’t do much good to castrate him AFTER shooting him, would it? We want him to feel the pain, and to know he’ll never molest any more children. Then shoot him. Or not. Maybe let him live on as a manless, spiteful eunuch. It might give him a chance to repent, if nothing else.

Sure, but it will serve as a lesson to teens everywhere that it isn’t worth doing the nasty out of wedlock. That’s a good thing. A little deterrent for the horny little buggers.

  14. Psycheout- mvdg had a great post on this…

Wilson was convicted, sentenced to 10 years without possibility of parole, and locked up. The irony, which most of us know well, is that if Wilson had had intercourse with the girl he’d have been sentenced to no more than 1 year.

    That’s retarted, of course.

    Some deterrent.

  21. Well, the Lord is certainly releasing His wrath on the metro-Atlanta area for this isn’t He? All the ACLU lawyers in the world won’t be able to save the sodomites and other deviants once the drinking water supply has ran dry. Hopefully they’ll all just move to California where they belong. We had a pair homosexual sex partners buy a few blocks down from us and were we ever thrilled to see the moving vans last week. It didn’t take them long to realize that they were in the wrong neighborhood for that sort of nonsense. Funny thing is that not two days after they were gone it started raining again. Aside from all that we had the good sense to put in deep water well in our Buckhead home when we built and the HOA maintains wells too, so we’ve never had to depend on the city for our water. While all the lawns outside the gates of our community are brown and barren, our grass is as lush the golf course; the pools and fountains are filled with crystal clear water; and there is zero chance any of us will run out of household water.

When you live right for God He will look after you. When you don’t, well, He deals with you accordingly.

[Ed Note: Sounds like your community is getting cleaned up. Moving vans can be a wonderful sight.]

  24. Sisyphus, did you not state that your wife had to have her wisdom teeth removed just a few short months ago on this very blog? That would make her around 20, at the oldest. But how old are you, Sisyphus?

Unless you’re in your early 20’s yourself, you’re just as bad as the pedophiles you constantly condemn. Please enlighten us on this matter, as we would hate to see a pot calling the kettle black.🙂

  25. Thankfully there is a statute of limitations on such things. Now that I am in my 40’s and a parent I realize the fraudulent logic I used as a teen. Castration is the only cure for these kids. Both of them…or whatever the equivalent is for females. And if that boy masturbated while in prison he should be convicted for that as well.

  26. Does Brownback really support this site? I just can’t imagine that an elected official would endorse the hate spewed by this blog.

In any event, maybe one of this site’s supporters can help me because I don’t understand what the complaint is. If the sole complaint is sex out of marriage, then I could understand it (but not agree), but the article seems to be blaming only the boy. There is talk of pederasty, but wasn’t this a boy and girl?

Is the complaint regarding their (or maybe just her) ages? Historically, I don’t believe that 15 and 17 are inappropriate ages even for childbearing among even the most devout christian groups. We (as a society) may look down on such young kids having babies of their own, mostly because of the longer life expectancy, but certainly having nothing to do with religion.

How does this ruling legitimize NAMBLA? Again, this had nothing to do with homosexual activity (at least as far as I could tell) and this wasn’t a case involving a child predator. Wasn’t this a consensual act between two teenagers who were very close in age?

Please help me understand what appears to be a ridiculous slant and even more ridiculous reaction to this story.

  27. “Please help me understand what appears to be a ridiculous slant and even more ridiculous reaction to this story.”

It’s pederasty that a child was molested. Seventeen is old enough to die for your country; fifteen isn’t even old enough to drive.

Fornication was only the tip of the iceberg.

Why are you having so much trouble understanding this?

Because he is not a shrink, and even a specialist would have problems diagnosing you. You are a very special, maybe even new category of madman.
You suffer from something like Jerusalem Syndrom without beeing there, combined with megalomania, and sadistic tendencies. But as long as you keep it to the internet you are not a real danger, which is good for you and the rest of society.

  29. “And if that boy masturbated while in prison he should be convicted for that as well.”

Wow. Is there anyone on this board–any adults, mind you, who have never masturbated in their entire lives? Please enlighten me–I honestly doubt that anyone has made it through adolescents without “playing the Devil’s instruments.”

“It’s pederasty that a child was molested. Seventeen is old enough to die for your country; fifteen isn’t even old enough to drive.”

    1. I thought you had to be 18 to join the country.

    2. I don’t know about you, but I got my learner’s permit at 15.

    3. While disgusting, this underage activity is technically not child molestation, as both teens were under 18, and according to the law, you do have to be an adult for it to count as pedophilia.

  31. Mrs. T.D. Gaines-Crockett, did you try stoning them? The Bible’s word is clear. Heck, even the electric chair may be suitable for those demons. The Bible does not have a word on whether executions should be ‘in keeping with the times’, so maybe shooting them would have been acceptable.

This fellow has never been anywhere near the state capital, obviously. Or Central Texas en generale.

Boy, it sure is good they let that kid go. That is cruel, unusual, and just plain wrong.
But then again, you folks down here in this pretty ol’ blog needn’t worry yo’ li’l heads ’bout G-A. They are, as far as I know, the only state to ban adult toys entirely.
