Sadly I was busy when the American Family Association‘s Values Voter Debate hosted by World Net Daily‘s Joseph Farah took place a couple of weeks ago (Sept 17, 2007). Fortunately the AFA has archived the video and placed it on their website. While none of the so-called frontrunners (Rudy, Mittens, Fred! and McLame) bothered to show up, the debate promised to pose questions that social conservatives wanted answered.
After all, values voters are America’s largest voting block. The frontrunners can run for President, but they cannot hide. They simply must satisfy social conservatives or they cannot win. That is a fact.
And hopefully Sam Brownback got a chance to shine without having to put up with a herd of RINOs. They tend to hog the limelight because the liberal media hate true conservatives. After all, RINO Rudy, the current media darling, is actually quite the gun-grabbing pro-abort liberal. He certainly doesn’t represent the best interests of the family, least of all his own.
So if you, like me, missed the debate, here’s your chance to check it out. Do so posthaste!
Update: Moar debate! The PBS Republican Forum from Sept 27, 2007. Surprise, surprise, surprise! New York Giuliani, Massachusetts Mitt, Hollywood Fred and Martian McCain chickened out of this one too. How noble!
Update 2: After all that excitement, if you need something to put you to sleep, you can watch the MSDNC Democrat debate hosted by MSM blowhard Tim Russert from Sept 26, 2007. Bear in mind, however, that B4B is not responsible for any discomfort this may cause.
