Brownback on YouTube XII

Sadly, on the eve of the Ames straw poll, there is no new post on The Daily Brownbacker or on the Brownback for President YouTube channel about this event.

But this YouTube introduction to the Brownback campaign is a good one and may be useful in your prayers. Sam recently celebrated his 25th year of marriage to his wonderful wife, Mary. At B4B we hope he has something more to celebrate as the straw poll results become available tomorrow.

Take it away, Sam!

May G-d guide the hands of those voting in the Ames straw poll tomorrow. B4B will bring you the results as soon as they are available. So stay tuned!

Previous entries in this series can be found here: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI.

Update: Leon Wolf has come through with an insider’s view of Ames from a Brownbacker’s point of view. Thanks, Leon! Be sure to keep one eye on The Daily Brownbacker and the other on Blogs 4 Brownback! Excitement is in the air, to be sure.

Update 2: Everyone, and I mean everyone, expects Romney to have successfully bought the Ames straw poll. If he doesn’t come in first, it’s a huge loss for Team Mittens. A lot of people are predicting Sam will get second or third. That would be a win for Senator Brownback. And a great day for Brownbackers across the nation.

Update 3: Another great post by MattC over at Race 4 2008: Managing Expectations at Ames.

  1. I have just sent an email reminder to everyone in the Joy II Sunday school class to rememeber Sam Brownback in prayer. Not that he will need it, as he is going to walk away a victor, rather to protect Sam against the Liberal and RINO forces that strive to discredit him. May the Lord send huge warring angels to surround and protect Senator Sam Brownback from anything that will spoil his day of Victory. Amen.

  2. The conventional wisdom is that Mittens has already bought this straw poll with his dirty campaign money. I am praying for Sam and would be thrilled to see him take second place.

If Romney doesn’t get first place, he will be seen to have lost, badly.

Keep Sam in your prayers, people. Every prayer counts!
