Forced To Dispense Death

FetusPlan A is unrestrained fornication. Plan B is kill your baby with a magical abortion pill. Plan C is to use the law to compel pharmacists to dispense these death pills even though it violates their oath to save lives, not destroy them. Plan C doesn’t recognize or allow for deeply held spiritual values that don’t tolerate participation in the murder of children.

Pharmacists have sued Washington state over a new regulation that requires them to sell emergency contraception, also known as the “morning-after pill,” because it contains no exception for those who object on the basis of belief or conscience.

This is tyranny: the use of the government to enforce the destruction of human life at gunpoint.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court Wednesday, pharmacists Rhonda Mesler and Margo Thelen, and Stormans Inc., said the rule that took effect Thursday violates their civil rights by forcing them into choosing between “their livelihoods and their deeply held religious and moral beliefs.”

Choose the latter if you can’t win in socialist Washington state’s broken court system.

“The stakes really couldn’t be much higher,” plaintiffs’ attorney Kristen Waggoner said.

Earlier this year, the state ruled that druggists who believe emergency contraceptives are tantamount to abortion cannot stand in the way of a patient’s “right” to the drugs.

Hopefully this does not include gagging moral pharmacists from witnessing to those seeking the abortion pill. But that will come soon enough to moonbat states across the nation.

State legislators do not seem to notice that the new law ensures the “rights” of those who wish to use the contraceptives but does nothing to support the rights of those who believe it is immoral.

Whatever happened to the concept of “equal protection under the law?”

In a statement about the then proposed law, the Catholic Bishops of Washington state said, “The Church opposes the sale of any drug that would induce an abortion, and supports pharmacists, especially those who follow Catholic moral teaching, who uphold their right to act according to the dictates of their conscience when asked to dispense such drugs.”

Absolutely. As should any thinking person. Life begins at conception. That life is terminated by Plan B. Plan B is murder, plain and simple. It’s a modern variant of Zyklon-B which was used to murder millions in the 20th century. Even the names are similar.

Perhaps a group should form which would purchase entire stocks of these infanticide pills and destroy them. Keeping these abortion pills from blessed mothers to be should be a priority for any sensible pro-life person.

Choose life.

  1. Whatever happened to the concept of “equal protection under the law?”

People that don´t want their children to be aborted can simply choose not to and have all rights to do so. People that want an abortion are often forbidden to do so by obscure laws. So yeah, where´s that “equal protection”?

If you don´t want to sell drugs, don´t become a pharmacist. Simply as that.

Perhaps a group should form which would purchase entire stocks of these pills and destroy them. Keeping these abortion pills from blessed mothers to be should be a priority for any sensible pro-life person.

Bad plan. Due to the laws of the free market a rising demand (by people buying the pills to destroy them) automatically causes a rise in production numbers. All you´d achieve would be to pump money into the corporations that produce the pills.

  3. Unrestrained fornication is FUN! What’s wrong with you people? If you don’t see the point in having sex just for the sake of having sex, you must be doing it wrong. BTW, birth control is not quite the same as Zyklon B — I think your sexual repression is making you a little nutty.

  4. Yeah, I think humans and maybe dolphins are the only two species (maybe more) that are had-wired to enjoy sex.

*shrug* why not take advantage of that

  5. Not surprising. Back in the 1920s the loonie left was part of a eugenics movement which wanted to weed out all the unfit people. This movement eventually led to genocide on behalf of the Nazis in Germany and Commies in Russia.

abortion is just more of the same, an attempt to eliminate the “unfit’ people from our society as deemed by these crackheads.

Fortunately Brownback believes that every life is sacred.

Yeah right, cause Hitler and Stalin we´re left. Self-irony is fun. People that are self-ironic without noticing are even more.

  9. There seems to be a lot of confusion between the “abortion pill”, RU-486 and the “morning-after pill”, or “Plan B”. It’s a gray area, as Plan B works in three ways. It can prevent ovulation (which is not abortion), it can prevent fertlization (which is not abortion), and it can prevent implantation — THIS is where we get into the arguments. Some define life as beginning at fertilization, others as beginning at implantation.

(Personally, I am of the opinion that it begins at fertilization, as that is when the cell begins mitotic cell division, becoming a blasocyst. It is upon fertilization that the proverbial wheels are set in motion, and to me, seems to be a very clearly delineated commencement of life.)

I do agree that emergency contraception should and must be made available, especially to rape survivors. If it helps to reduce the number of abortions, I’m all for it. I wonder if it would be possible for the developers of this drug to come to some sort of alternative formula for a second version of the drug, so that it prevents ovulation and/or fertilization, but has no effect on an already-fertilized ovum? If so, it might be worth developing, so that pharmacists would then be able to provide emergency contraception to those in need, without feeling like they are betraying their core beliefs. (This drug would go under a completely different name, of course, so that patients know precisely what they are getting.)

I will say, however, that my sympathy is rather limited for those pharmacists who refuse to dispense oral contraceptives. Emergency contraception is a very new development, so there are many pharmacists who went into their field of work never imagining that such a drug would be developed. However, the Pill has been around since 1960. The vast majority of pharmacists (all but those verging on retirement) in the workforce today would have gone into that field with full awareness that the Pill would be one of the drugs that they would be required to dispense. So to them, I do say, “You knew what you were getting into. If you don’t like it, find another field of work.”

  10. “Plan B is kill your baby with a magical abortion pill.”

I didn’t know Plan B was magic! I thought it was a super-dosed birth control pill. But magic! Wow! I guess you should get after those crazy Wiccans, with their crazy magic pills!

“Plan C doesn’t recognize or allow for deeply held spiritual values that don’t tolerate participation in the murder of children.”

    Murder:
–noun 1. Law. the killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered in law. In the U.S., special statutory definitions include murder committed with malice aforethought, characterized by deliberation or premeditation or occurring during the commission of another serious crime, as robbery or arson (first-degree murder), and murder by intent but without deliberation or premeditation (second-degree murder).

    Translation: It’s ILLEGAL killing.
So, even if you believe that abortion is killing, it’s not murder. Because last time I checked, abortion was still legal.

“This is tyranny: the use of the government to enforce the destruction of human life at gunpoint.”

Well, actually, it’s human fetus at law-point.

“Whatever happened to the concept of ‘equal protection under the law?'”

And why, may I ask, are the pharmacists not in any way protected under the law? Please name the law and what it states.

“Life begins at conception. That life is terminated by Plan B. Plan B is murder, plain and simple.”

Conception (or rather, fertiliaztion, which is the same thing…)
–noun 1. an act, process, or instance of fertilizing.
    2. the state of being fertilized.
    3. Biology. a. the union of male and female gametic nuclei.
    b. fecundation or impregnation of animals or plants.

Translation: When the sperm fertilizes the egg (so it actually has to GET to the egg)
Plan B (the morning after pill) is not an “abortion pill”, it’s actually a super-dosed birth control pill. The reason it works is because the sperm generally takes around 48 hours to reach the egg. So it “destroys” the sperm before it can reach the egg. So, if “life begins at conception”, no problem with Plan B!
If you go as far to say that that sperm is “life” and by destroying sperm you’re destroying “life”, why not outlaw condoms, and while you’re at it, out law masterbation too!

“Perhaps a group should form which would purchase entire stocks of these infanticide pills and destroy them. Keeping these abortion pills from blessed mothers to be should be a priority for any sensible pro-life person.”

And then, we can murder every abortionist on the face of the planet! And while, we’re at we can blow up every abortion clinic too! What jolly good fun that will be!

    “Choose life.”

You can, but me, I’ll choose something that I want🙂

  11. Wow you guys.
It really goes to show that if you make a smart rebuttal, all the republicans run and hide.
It’s been over a year since I posted this, and still, no response.
Not even a “witty” comeback from the moderator.
    I laugh at you all.
