John McCain: “I’m Finished”

Now the angry out-of-control RINO is stampeding over those who would dare to ask about his imploding campaign. The Moderate Voice points out McCain’s unhinged behavior, behavior which would certainly not fly in a general election campaign:

It’s NOT a good sign when a certain, onetime-top-ranked candidate whose campaign is not doing well (columnist Robert Novak has called it “all but dead”) begins snapping angrily at the press.

And it’s even a WORSE SIGN if he says he won’t discuss his campaign anymore. Due to this news report, it might be humbly suggested that working reporters begin writing their “evergreen” obituary articles on the death of Senator John McCain’s campaign (if they haven’t already) right now:

A frustrated Sen. John McCain snapped Wednesday when asked by CNN about his troubled presidential campaign and vowed he would no longer answer questions on that topic.

“I’m not going to talk about my campaign anymore,” McCain said in a sharp tone. “I’m finished with talking about it. I’ve talked about it for two weeks. I will not discuss it or any aspect of it. Thank you.”

Very professional, you straight-talking RINO, you. He’s campaigning for president but he’s not going to talk about his campaign? Smooth move, McCain. I think you’re way past your shelf date. Showing grace under pressure is a Presidential quality, one which you apparently do not have. Can you imagine this shrieking nutball with his hands on the nuclear football?

So it’s official: he’s not going to talk about campaigning any more. Well, that’s okay with us. The less we hear from this phoney maverick, the better.

  1. Heh! The next thing ya know McCain’s gonna be playing dinner theater in Branson, MO starring in the one man show – “Howard Dean: Fall From Grace”!

Like my pastor said – McCain not only slew McAble but his own McCampaign!

  4. As I reflect upon the eloquence and vitriol of the previous comment thread on Fred Thompson, it almost brings a tear to my eye that nobody stood up for Vietnam war hero, John McCain.

You’ve come a long way, baby. But it’s all over now. Even your supporters no longer support you. Maybe you should take up knitting, John.
