The greatest American President in modern times celebrates his 61st birthday today, as do we all. Like him or not, he has had the courage of his convictions to do that which is right regardless of what conventional wisdom or the fickle opinion polls would dictate.
He got us through the Clinton recession which greeted him as he entered office, turning the economy around while growing jobs and shrinking unemployment.
Barely nine months into his first term America found herself attacked by the Islamofascist menace which was able to grow unfettered throughout the two terms of the hedonistic and immoral Clinton degeneracy. President Bush stepped up and rallied the American people, soothing their fear and anguish and took the fight to the terrorists.
Since answering the cowardly terrorists and responding with The War on Terror, America has been spared the indignity and terror of future attacks. Attacks that never came because President Bush stepped up at a critical time and engaged the terrorists on their own turf. In effect, they have cut and run just as the cowardly democrat party wants us to do now.
But everybody knows, when we surrender, we lose. The far-left party of snakes and traitors don’t really care that we will all lose. They only want President Bush to look bad so that they can take political advantage. This we must resist as our great President continues to do.
History will write of the courage and determination of this great man who ascended to office just when we needed him. The malaise days of Carter and Clinton are behind us and victory and greatness lies ahead.
For the shining city on the hill and its glorious future we have President Bush to thank.
Happy Birthday, Mr. President. Every birthday and each year of your Presidency is a gift to us. For that we are forever in your debt.
