Behold Liberal Thought, in All Its Glory

RINO John Cole, upset that the Supreme Court has ruled children cannot insult Jesus by making drug references to Him in schools:

I guess we will just let the strict constructionists explain their position on this one. Apparently the founders were in favor of every kind of speech except those that got in the way of government aims. If Larry Flynt’s case went to the court right now, he would be a convict.

My support for Roberts and Alito was yet another instance in which I was little more than a useful idiot.

Cry me a river, moonbat. The Constitution is not blanket protection for juvenile sinners wishing to insult Our Lord. This brat should be imprisoned, not disciplined at school. Back in the days of the Founders, he would’ve been driven out of town on a rail after a tarring and feathering. If he was lucky.

God bless Roberts and Alito. They, along with Scalia and Thomas, have finally restored dignity and integrity to the Supreme Court, for the first time since Roosevelt packed it with a bunch of Communists in the 1930s and 1940s.

  1. It is about time to see something POSITIVE in the headlines for a change. I hope the dope-heads and Satanists will just shut up now. America is growing weary of the Leftieloons and their UN-American free-speech lawsuits.

  2. I am so pleased you found the time to comment on this great victory for the right-thinking people of America!

True freedom can be found in obeying all rules, regulations and instructions. And for women you can add all suggestions from the head of the household, the husband!

These protestors and jokers are un-American!

    Who’s the communist now?

  4. Good one. My wife asked me to post a comment giving you praise because she is not allowed to use the computer (the work of the devil at times). Keep it up.

  5. what part of education is bong hits for Jesus? When I was in school I wouldn’t be suspended, I’d be writing the entire New Testament on the blackboard.

  6. The Constitution was intended to protect the American Flag and God’s Way. The sooner liberals realize that, the sooner they can leave our country alone.

  7. One other thought:
The former Mrs. Carsick (God rest her soul) would have let those liberals know post haste that bong hits are not for Jesus. She was a God Fearing woman who knew Paxil and Zoloft were more in order. Apparently, the judges agreed with her.

  8. I just found out that bong hits can be used for medicinal purposes when described by a pre-med student.

  9. So, we’ve got a guy who’s all for peace and love (love thy neighbour, dude!), who doesn’t have a proper job, who talks about spirituality all the time, who has long hair, who never married, who’s against commercialism (the temple), who’s dressed like he just came from Woodstock… and you’re telling me he DOESN’T smoke marijuana?

  10. @6 – carsick – “She was a God Fearing woman who knew Paxil and Zoloft were more in order.”

Made by those liberal, free-thinking, scientists and chemists – shame on you!! Or maybe she was taking the “special” batch made by the more conservative scientists and chemists!!

    Ah, the hypocrisy.

  13. Cole’s completely off-base on this one. The student may not have been on school grounds, but he was let out of school to watch a parade with the rest of his schoolmates. It is the same principle that applies during a field-trip: for all intents and purposes, you are still in school, and must still follow school rules. I think Cole’s attitude is emblematic of the absurd permissiveness that has infested our school system: during my school years, it was rare that a student sassed a teacher, and if they did, they quickly grew to regret it. Now…teachers are powerless to administer any sort of discipline, and I fear that the quality of education as a whole shall suffer for it.

  14. With all due respect Sisyphus, you are misinformed about the facts of the case. My nephew Charlie “bong” Hits went to that school and he recently had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. His freinds were only showing him moral support. The athiest principle at the school would have none of it.

For shame on our Supreme Court for endorsing this anti-christian hate crime.

I like the way you handle this problem.

That would certainly change the facts of things. I wonder why that never came out in court, though.

  16. ““In my country we hang the infidels!”

And you call yourself a Christian, Sisyphus??? Hanging is not the “biblical” answer. You should know that. Where does it say you should murder? Where does it say kill the neighbor that you don’t like? Should I define Communism or Nazi for you?

  17. You’re right, La Mona, stoning is the biblical answer.

    Comment by dadaclu — June 28, 2007 @ 6:51 am | Reply

  18. Stoning, eh?

Maybe that’s what the “Bong Hits 4 Jesus” banner was referring to– “Bong hits” was a euphemism for stoning the infidels in the name of Christ. Could it be that these students are actually honorable Christian soldiers?

    Comment by Fascinated and Confused — June 28, 2007 @ 8:30 am | Reply

  19. Okiedah, once more…stoning is also NOT the answer. You can’t just kill those that you find “undesirable.” That’s NOT Christian. (Very much like a Nazi though.) You claim to be Christian right? So how can you say that? You want me to go show you the verses in the Bible? I’ll find it in any version you so desire! Depending on the particular verse I could tell you the Hebrew meanings that were lost or shyed over in the translation. Oh, and on that note I have words for your “mote.” But that’s later.

    Comment by La Mona — June 28, 2007 @ 8:45 am | Reply

  20. No, no, no, you’ve got it wrong. Killing is always justified when it’s directed to someone who doesn’t think exactly the way you do.
