Romney’s Aides are Crooks, Too

I, for one, am far from surprised [NewsMax]:

An ever-present aide to Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney took a leave of absence Friday after he became the subject of investigations in two states for allegedly impersonating a law enforcement officer.

His attorney denied the charges.

Jay Garrity, who serves as director of operations and is constantly at the side of the former Massachusetts governor, is accused of leaving a lengthy message with the answering service of a plumbing company on Mother’s Day, identifying himself as “Trooper Garrity” of the Massachusetts State Police and complaining about erratic driving by a company driver.

The district attorney in Boston is investigating the call, which was tape recorded by an after-hours operator. Impersonating an officer is a misdemeanor charge carrying a fine of up to $400 and one year imprisonment.

Impersonating a policeman is a serious matter. I think the sentence for such crimes should be substantially longer. I also think Romney is a fool at best and a crook at worst for choosing cop-impersonators to run his campaign.

Two aides in two scandals in one week. Now if a McCain aide gets caught doing something, the entirety of RINO Rudy McRomney has been implicated.

  1. Dear Sisyphus,

A McCain aide DID get caught doing something just yesterday that was WORSE, it’s is all over the news: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070623/ap_on_el_pr/on_the2008_trail;_ylt=AvVr_28yq3OGWkBsuLghmHHMWM0F

John McCain’s presidential campaign spokesman Danny Diaz (by all accounts an illegal mexican immigrant) said, “we apologize for any comment made concerning Governor Romney’s religion. … Such comments are inappropriate and unacceptable.”

You can tell by his proper use of english that Senior Diaz snuck in to the United States of God a long time ago so that makes him a serial criminal.

Seeing as McCain is PRO-homosexual we can only assume that not only is it OK for a man to have seven wives who share the marriage bed, it is FINE for a slut to have seven husbands. I don’t care if the marriage bed is a California King (which given then source must be made for multi-partners) the husbands bodies WILL touch during fornication.

McCain has now officially endorsed the multi-spousal, homosexual marriage. Satan must be doing a cheer about right now. This sickens me to the point that I cannot finish my Freedom Toast and scrambled eggs. I’ve had the housekeeper bag them up to send to the local homeless shelter.

Funny. I thought that homosexuals and mormons are like cats and dogs. Can´t have them together.

Would you give me the source of this highly doubtable rumor?

“You can tell by his proper use of english that Senior Diaz snuck in to the United States of God a long time ago so that makes him a serial criminal.”

Or that he had the allowance to do so and didn´t need sneaking at all. After all, he´s wealthy. You only block the poor ones, don´t ya?

Well, and then, with the democrats it´s the aides. Better than with the republicans. There, the guys themselves are corrupt ***holes.

  3. PG: She’s a parody… I just wasted an hour arguing with them on their blog for my personal amusement, until it ceased to be funny.

  4. No, you are the parody, Linus. Anything that represents Christian values is a big joke to you. Some of us actually care about the spiritual state of this nation. Unlike yourself who admittedly cares only to “amuse” himself.

Isn’t there a busy freeway somplace you can go play in the middle of?

I am sick and tired of dealing with the likes of people like you. If you don’t support Sam Brownback or Christianity then stop visiting the sites of people that do.

  5. I know, Linus. And I´m doing it only for amusement, too.

“I am sick and tired of dealing with the likes of people like you. If you don’t support Sam Brownback or Christianity then stop visiting the sites of people that do.”

Or what? If you can´t take the heat, go out of the microwave!

  6. This is what you would expect. Romney wants to pretend to be Ronald Reagan; why shouldn’t his staff all want to play dress up, too? I bet that if you went to Romney HQ you’d see them walking around dressed as pirates or bikers or princesses. Especially princesses. I bet all of his sons dress up as princesses when the press isn’t around.

  7. It’s no surprisethat Romney hires an impersonator – he’s impersonating a conservative himself.

  10. Or what?

Or nothing — none of us would ever harm you, or proy for our G*d to smite you, no matter how much you deserve it. I, at least, will pray for Him to open your eyes to the light of truth, that you might also open your eyes to the Light of Truth. I ask my fellow Christians to continue to pray for Him to grant me patience when dealing with fools.

Well, you can certainly pray. Seeing that god would first have to learn aiming after all.

  12. Believer,

I will join you in prayer for that fool, Linus, but I wouldn’t waste too much of your time if I was you. I’m sure not. He is a lost cause. God has forsaken him long ago and I am about two minutes away dropping him like a hot potato myself.

Seeing that he always misses and doesn´t hit the people that really deserved it by miles, he´d be able to miss the great canyon.

@Linus: Nice wiki you have there. Especially the “some people (ahem) claimed” part is just fun.

I don’t know all the ‘lingo,’ but I’m pretty sure this is lewd compliment. If these people want to engage in their sinful activities, they should have to do it somewhere else.

  21. “I don’t know all the ‘lingo,’ but I’m pretty sure this is lewd compliment. If these people want to engage in their sinful activities, they should have to do it somewhere else.”

Wiki, as in Wikipedia, a term used for an online encyclopedia. (I was referring to the link Linus posted.) Go educate yourself about terms often used on the internet, DPS.

PS: You know, a man in my age isn´t that lewd any more. And my wife would probably kill me.

But I find it astonishingly how you always draw conclusions into the direction of sexual activities. SOmething to hide? Wanna come out of the closet? 🙂

    Comment by PG — June 23, 2007 @ 5:12 pm | Reply

  22. Better said, Wiki is a term for any online encyclopedia using the same software and layout as Wikipedia. So yes, Conservapedia is a Wiki.

I had hoped to be able to lighten your darkness, but that sentence is so utterly bollixed that I can’t interpret it, much less provide the gentle correction you so clearly need.

What, exactly, are you trying to say?

    Comment by Believer — June 23, 2007 @ 5:29 pm | Reply

  24. “What, exactly, are you trying to say?”

That I never witnessed god smiting someone who really deserved it. But often someone getting hit who didn´t really do anything. Let´s admit it, god has a bad aim at best. (Except he does smite those unguilty ones by purpose, which would make him a rather unsymphatic moron to me.)

  25. Actually, a “wiki” is any site that is run with wiki software.

That’s understandable. I’m sickened and enraged.

“Actually, a “wiki” is any site that is run with wiki software.”

Sounds like a homosexual term to me, Linus.

You know, sisi, your beloved COnservapedia runs on wiki software. Is Conservapedia gay?

    Comment by PG — June 24, 2007 @ 4:24 am | Reply

  28. PG
Conservapedia was an ill advised attempt to reach out to liberals using a platform they were comfortable with. Obviously, the far left are too far gone to be reasoned with (You’re a good example!!). The Right and True Americans have learned their lesson, (conservapedia has been overrun!!) and should realize that these “outreach” programs are worse than welfare. Someone once said, “If you always do what you’ve always done then you’ll always get what you’ve always gotten.” Dick Cheney understands. Some Right and True Americans are just a little slower on the learning curve (probably recent converts hoping to save their former brethen).

  29. Also, PG, I visited Linus’s website…he’s certifiable (if you know what I mean!). I wouldn’t trust him with my car or my dog. Some people have lost their perspective and ability to reason…I don’t know if he ever had either to begin with.

  30. carsick: “Also, PG, I visited Linus’s website…he’s certifiable…”
Are you a licensed MD to make that assertion?

“I wouldn’t trust him with my car or my dog.”
I wouldn’t trust you with your car or your dog – what’s your point?

“Some people have lost their perspective and ability to reason…”
Finally!! carsick has looked deep in the mirror, deep into his mind and has seen the light. Must be nice to finally admit the truth. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

Anything else you’d like to share with the group?
