Lo and Behold, Democrats Are Still Crooks

Fancy that:

Despite the new Democratic congressional leadership’s promise of “openness and transparency” in the budget process, a CNN survey of the House found it nearly impossible to get information on lawmakers’ pet projects.

Staffers for only 31 of the 435 members of the House contacted by CNN between Wednesday and Friday of last week supplied a list of their earmark requests for Fiscal Year 2008, which begins on October 1, or pointed callers to Web sites where those earmark requests were posted.

Of the remainder, 68 declined to provide CNN with a list, and 329 either didn’t respond to requests or said they would get back to us, and didn’t.

So, it turns out that Democrats aren’t really reformers after all. They’re a cabal of corrupt crony crooks, just as they’ve always been ever since they oozed onto America’s shores. These clowns have been dirty since Aaron Burr, yet they still think they can point their fingers at the rest of us and sanctimoniously harp on and on about how we should do more to help the poor (read: lazy), the foreigners (read: terrorists), and the criminals (read: criminals). They never shut up about how everyone else should be nice to those trying to kill them or rob them; meanwhile, they line THEIR pockets with OUR money, and walk away chuckling.

When Senator Brownback becomes President, one of his first official acts will be to flush this scum down the toilet where it belongs. That is a promise, America.

  1. “When Senator Brownback becomes President, one of his first official acts will be to flush this scum down the toilet where it belongs. That is a promise, America.” Amen and Amen again!

And the Ty-D-Bowl man, who will be sailing in Republican Red water instead of Democrat Blue, won’t be tossing them any life preservers either. Flush those DEMONCrat turds right down the drain where they belong!

Vote Sam Brownback in 2008 and again in 2012 for a Safe, Clean, Wholesome America.

  3. How much more misgovernment is America going to tolerate from the Democrats? That’s what I want to know. With the way the war and the budget deficit are going how much longer are we going to let them play games before we throw them out?

  5. This is exactly the type of thing those blogsforbush boys were pointing out in their excellent book “Caucus of Corruption” (Dang, they got that title right!).
I believe some copies are still at Amazon where the book is ranked #365,008 (I’m not sure how Amazon’s ranking system works but higher must be better. Here’s to 500,000 boys!)

  6. Not to change subjects (actually, it’s the same subject – Democratic corruption).
Tony Snow hit ’em where it hurts today and charged that the last Democrat administration broke the law by undermining the Hatch Act:

“Those email accounts were set up on a model based on the prior administration, which had done it the same way, in order to try to avoid Hatch Act violations.”

He was being nice though and will let our legal expert, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, get to the actual legal charges. Mr. Gonzales won’t be afraid to call the Democrat actions what they are: an intentional and illegal effort to DEFY the Hatch Act. Hillary may want to pull out of the election now that her husband’s going to jail.
Got ’em on the ropes now, Tony!

  7. And that´s coming from followers of the party of Dick “Enron” Cheney. Now that I´d call irony. Self-irony.

“When Senator Brownback becomes President, one of his first official acts will be to flush this scum down the toilet where it belongs. That is a promise, America.”

When. I suppose that´d be the day on which hell opens it gates and floods our planet.

“How much more misgovernment is America going to tolerate from the Democrats? That’s what I want to know. With the way the war and the budget deficit are going how much longer are we going to let them play games before we throw them out?”

You know, BJ, I can remember some honk called Bush causing this mess. And yet, he´s still president.

He admitted in that quote that the actual government is doing it, too. So I suppose there´s an free cell for Georgie right next to Bill´s.
