Thank God it’s Friday!  And for everything else.

Which Democrat will have the honor of losing to Brownback in a face-to-face match-up?  My money’s on Billary, but I suppose some think it will be Obama bin Laden.  Discuss that, or, not.

UPDATE: A reader sent me this piece of idiocy, from those Krazy Kossack Klowns.

I’ve heard “lazy” accusations toward the poor throughout my life, I’m sure you have too. No one ever says “that rich person is lazy.” I believe laziness comes in all forms of income categories. There are no statistics to back up “lazy” accusations toward the poor. In my opinion, accusing the poor in general of being lazy is asinine and the only conclusion I can come to is that the accuser is an elitist.

My previous experiences when defending the poor, or the middle class for that matter, are accusations of class warfare. The definition of “class warefare” is; The conflict between social or economic classes. What this means to me is that class warfare is happening now. According to a Bloomberg-Los Angeles Times poll, the majority of Americans believe that the gap between the rich and poor is widening. With the income gap widening and the tension that seems to be rising amongst the Americans people, I’ve come to the conclusion that the accusation of class warfare must be true.

Discussing the situation of class warfare seems to be considered a taboo subject in the United States. The only time I hear the phrase is when a person is accused of trying to create classfare. When will it be ok to openly discuss the disparity between the rich and the poor? I predict never.

If anyone ever doubted that the Democrats were closet Communists, hopefully this has now disillusioned you.

  1. “It’s easier for a camel to pass through the eye of the needle than for a rich man to gain heaven.” Was Jesus promoting class warfare?

  2. “Was Jesus promoting class warfare?”

No, he was trying to demonstrate the ease with which camels could pass through the Needle’s Eye, which was a geographic feature of ancient Judea.

  4. LOL everyone knows (except for the communists in the Democrat party) that a man’s wealth is the clearest indicator as to his moral worth. Poor people are poor either because they are lazy, not good Christians, homosexuals, dark skinned, etc. Or likely it is a combination of the above. Simply put, if the poor do not want to be poor, then why ARE THEY POOR?! This is the United States of America, where any and every white, Christian, male is handed every possible opportunity to be rich and to subjugate those around him who are by definition, inferior, i.e. NON wealthy, white, Christian males. It is because wealthy, white, Christian males are morally superior that we have been left vast sums of unearned wealth from our fathers. Thus the death tax flies directly in the face of the will of Christ.

My solution: simply send all of the poor to Iraq and Iran to fight for the right of white, Christian males to remain in power in America – do something useful for a change, you lazy hippies! LOL!

  5. Maybe if these lazy hippies didn’t spend so much money on marijuana cigarettes and patchouli they wouldn’t be so poor. Nobody ever mentions that.

  6. Of course not. The MSM burries everything about dirty hippies, just like the bury everything about the great successes our Christian soldiers are making in Iraq every day, i.e. the enhanced interrogation techniques employed against people with dark skin. Dirty hippies hate this because they aren’t as virile and manly as the pure among us, i.e. wealthy, white, Christian, males, chosen by Christ to reside in the United States of America.

  7. I believe the needle’s eye was a small gate into Jerusalem. Maybe the quote was misinterpreted and Jesus actually said pass a needle through a camel’s eye.

  8. I´d say Obama. The man rocks.

And socialist or whatever, the guy is right. One can´t be seen as not lazy because he´s rich. Or when has Paris Hilton ever done hard work?

“No, he was trying to demonstrate the ease with which camels could pass through the Needle’s Eye, which was a geographic feature of ancient Judea.”

Ah, someone trying to interpret the bible. BURN THE HERETIC!

“LOL everyone knows (except for the communists in the Democrat party) that a man’s wealth is the clearest indicator as to his moral worth.”

Well, I guess Herodes was then a morally splendid person while Jesus was a bum.

    Whats’s a Herodes?

  10. “Well, I guess Herodes was then a morally splendid person while Jesus was a bum.”

Assuming you mean King Herod the Great, no he was a not a great guy since he was not a Christian. As The Bible demonstrates he got his wealth and power threw the aid of evil forces like the pagan Romans. That’s why Herod the Great built the Temple, to mock God. God got Herod in the end by giving Herod gangrene on his penis.

    Read your bible.

@BJ: Well, St. Legalize just put up that any wealthy man must be morally good as wealth is a sign of it. Ask her how she means that.

  12. “The Americans have had enough of insensitive corrupt republicans killing innocent lives. This next president will be a democrat, or at least not Brownback.”

I have no doubt that Vermont’s first President will be a Democrat. The other 49 states will elect Brownback, though.

“Maybe if these lazy hippies didn’t spend so much money on marijuana cigarettes and patchouli they wouldn’t be so poor. Nobody ever mentions that.”

No. In fact, under their new laws, that would probably be a hate crime. Telling the truth is soon to be illegal, if this Congress has its way!

That’s incredibly easy. No wonder so many rich men get into Heaven!

“And socialist or whatever, the guy is right. One can´t be seen as not lazy because he´s rich. Or when has Paris Hilton ever done hard work?”

Being Paris Hilton is hard work. But she’s debauched and depraved, and deserves a whipping. I’d rather not use her as an example.

    “Whats’s a Herodes?”

    I think he means Herod.

  14. “I have no doubt that Vermont’s first President will be a Democrat. The other 49 states will elect Brownback, though.”

Well, no. Your petty plan to secede Vermont won´t come to reality under any of the big parties. Not even Brownback would do it as the coalition of democrats and moderate republicans he´d create that way would likely impeach his ass.

But don´t fear. Every single poll, be he carried out by dems, reps or third parties shows that the democrats will make the race anyways.

Well, I bet anyone who had the unfortunate experience of having his workplace outsourced to China would really like to swap palces with her.

It’s not my plan. Vermont WANTS to secede. I just want to let them go.

    Democrat/RINO polls give Democrat/RINO results.

In jail? In the stocks, as we whip her? Somehow, I doubt it.

  16. “@BJ: Well, St. Legalize just put up that any wealthy man must be morally good as wealth is a sign of it. Ask her how she means that.”

Why don’t you read what St. Legalize actually wrote for change??? A wealthy *Christian* man is morally good, not just any man. Herod the Great wasn’t a Christian, heck he wasn’t even white, so he was evil as the devil. He ruthlessly murdered people, he exploited and he stole from people, does that sound like a nice guy to you? The only way a non-Christian can get rich is to be evil. Shesh, you liberals have such a problem with logic.

  19. “Democrat/RINO polls give Democrat/RINO results.”

So the real republicans never make any polls, eh? And why should a RINO poll show the democrats in leading? Even if you´re a RINO, you still vote republican. Otherwise, you´d be no RINO. You´d be a democrat.

“It’s not my plan. Vermont WANTS to secede. I just want to let them go.”

And then? WOn´t change anything. There are plenty of democrats outside of Vermont. Even without the town, they´d still be the majority.

“In jail? In the stocks, as we whip her? Somehow, I doubt it.”

No one whips her. She´s not in Guantanamo after all. And hey, at least she gets 3 meals a day and can look forward to get out there and be just a stinking rich person again.

Oh man, do I have to state some *Christian* rich men that have become rich by exploiting other people (including christians) or by illegal means? AFAIk, must of the drug lords in Columbia are christians, too. As are most Mafia Dons.

“He ruthlessly murdered people, he exploited and he stole from people, does that sound like a nice guy to you?”

    Sounds exactly like the US-government….

Not if we make them take Boston and San Francisco with them, they won’t be.

If I had my way, we’d change all that.

Why do you hate America? Are you from East Germany, by any chance?

  21. “Not if we make them take Boston and San Francisco with them, they won’t be.”

Just look at the number of blue states. Seems like there are more than 3…

“If I had my way, we’d change all that.”

I know. That´s why I´m glad that your kind of people is still a tiny minority.

“Why do you hate America? Are you from East Germany, by any chance?”

Hating it? No. What you generally do is called real politics. Most countries do that. The only thing that is a bit irritating is that do-gooder-attitude. And the arrogance.
As I said in another article, I was born in BAden-Würtemberg and live in Bavaria. Hardly Eastern Germany.

We’re the only country with a sincere moral vision for the world. The rest of the planet hates us and sneers at us because it is our very freedom and our fundamental decency that make us great. We took the refuse that none of the European countries wanted and forged the mightiest nation in history with it. We’re doing the same thing with China and India, those titans that everyone expects to surpass us (kind of like the Soviet Union, which was winning every stage of the Cold War right up until its collapse in 1991).

    Comment by Sisyphus — June 18, 2007 @ 4:05 pm | Reply

  23. China isn’t the Soviet Union, it is a fact that China’s population is 4 times as large as that of America, which means that when (and they will eventually) they reach the same living standard, they’ll be able to support 4 times more troops and crank out tanks and aircraft 4 times faster, because they can support 4 times as many factories.

That’s why America has no choice but to stay on friendly terms with its natural allies, the European democracies, Japan and the other developed countries.

And that’s why America needs sane people running it, not an English-speaking version of the Taliban.
