A Fitting Eulogy

Filed under: Abortion,Blogging,Faith,Family,Homosexuality,Pro-Life,Republicans — Sisyphus @ 12:08 pm

Ann Coulter, eloquently meditating on the tragic death of Jerry Falwell:

No man in the last century better illustrated Jesus’ warning that “All men will hate you because of me” than the Rev. Jerry Falwell, who left this world on Tuesday. Separately, no man better illustrates my warning that it doesn’t pay to be nice to liberals.

Falwell was a perfected Christian. He exuded Christian love for all men, hating sin while loving sinners. This is as opposed to liberals, who just love sinners. Like Christ ministering to prostitutes, Falwell regularly left the safe confines of his church to show up in such benighted venues as CNN.

Read the whole thing. A more fitting tribute to a finer human being could not be crafted.

  1. Coulter could turn a weather update into a liberal-bashing session. The woman can’t even write an obituary about a “perfected Christian” (her words) without lashing out at huge swathes of the population.

  2. Those liberals castigated this man every day of his life, Curious. I think Coulter is right not to let them get away with it?

  3. A header contest is where you guys design a header for our blog that symbolizes how you feel about either Brownbaack or liberals. Come on, what do you say. . Just do it- do you want to get your message out or not. If you enter we will put you on our blogroll. If you don’t we will put McCain on there.

  4. You know that Coulter was a man in his youth don’t you.

  5. I wouldn’t do it if I were you, Sisyphus. This pinko person sounds like a shifty character, and a liberal in the bargain. I’d stay away from any deals with him. Who cares if Democrats love McCain? They already loved him.

But that’s just my opinion, of course.

  7. Ann Coulter is a hate-filled witch. The only reason such a spiteful person is on the TV is because she is a (nominally) attractive blond female. Can you imagine a fat balding man saying what she does and having the visibility she has?

The woman is like an acid, eating at away at political discourse. She doesn’t cheapen debate, she erodes it, burns it, glories in destroying it.

  8. Ann Coulter: a cheap date who cheapens debate … but really, just another freak in the American Sideshow.

  9. Can you imagine a fat balding man saying what she does and having the visibility she has?

Yes, I can – his name is Rush Limbaugh. If you ever ventured outside your moonbat bubble of unreality you would have heard of him. Instead your just an ignorant libtard moran who hates America.

  10. Rush Limbaugh is a pretty unattractive guy, I suppose. It’s hard for me to gauge other guys’ appearances, but so I’m told. Anyway, that just proves the way things are- in Republican circles, you get ahead by your ideas. In Democrat circles, you get ahead by being a member of the glittering Hollywood elite.

Well, so is Ann Coulter, but that doesn’t stop me from seeing the beauty of the ideas that lie within. It’s the unwavering Cristian love that Ann has for all of her fellow men that really counts.

  12. I think Ann Coulter is beautiful, actually. But, there’s no accounting for taste, I suppose.

  13. Ann Coulter is a decent lady. Rush Limbaugh is a very intelligent man. I would rather listen to either one of them than Keith Olbermann or that Jewish fellow on Comedy Central, I know that for sure.

  14. I pray that Christ has forgiven Jerry Falwell for the way he treated God’s gay and lesbian children.

I pray that Christ will forgive Ann Coulter for the same thing.

  15. Ha ha! Jack Fremont can’t spell!

Unless he meant to say GOD LESS…
