Dear loyal supporters,
Please allow me to take this opportunity to thank you all for your kind words and support, we here at Team Brownback are confident we will do everything in our collective power to put our agenda forward for 2008, and with God’s help, a place in the White House in January 2009.
In this last month, I have worked hard for my proud state of Kansas, having voted to approve a digital television frequency fix for KFJX-TV Fox 14 in the Pittsburg, Kansas, market. The FCC approved this decision, which is very pleasing, showing, true to form that we are getting our tasks completed for the people of Kansas.
As the Ranking Member on the appropriations subcommittee that oversees funding for the FCC, I have worked hard to ensure that residents of Southeast Kansas have access to broadcast television without interfering with first responders or other emergency communications. The FCC decision will help smooth the transition from analog to digital television frequencies in both rural and urban areas of Kansas.
This month I also voted for Judge Leslie Southwick’s nomination to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Southwick’s nomination will now be considered by the full Senate at a later date.
Judge Southwick’s outstanding record speaks to what a great jurist he will be on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and I was proud to vote to move his nomination forward. I applaud my colleagues on the Judiciary Committee for recognizing Judge Southwick’s many qualifications.
In the coming weeks, if you have time and inclination, please log onto http://www.youtube.com/republicandebate to submit a question for the November GOP debate in Florida. We welcome your questions, especially from internet savvy people as you.

For a second I thought you were going to announce that he quit the race.
Sad, isn’t it, that the best moments are often so fleeting?

Oh, come on, Linus. If you had to choose from the current crop of GOP candidates, who would you choose? NOTE: Hillary Clinton is not on the list.
1. Sam Brownback
2. John Cox
3. Rudy Giuliani
4. Mike Huckabee
5. Duncan Hunter
6. John McCain
7. Ron Paul
8. Mitt Romney
9. Tom Tancredo
10. Fred Thompson
I’ll be generous. Pick three. Let go of your hate.
And you need to update your blog.

Psycheout, would it cause you any commotion if I´d choose 3 from the list?
1. Ron Paul
2. Mike Huckabee
3. Mitt Romney
oh, and
9. Sam Brownback
10. John Cox

It would seem Brownback is asking you chumps for money (known as “donations” in poltics) – guess the reports that he’s broke are true.
[Ed Note: Tyler Durden, I believe you are still banned. Impersonating a Senator doesn't help your case, either.]

Although I have not having thoroughly researched all of the candidates at this time, I would say:
Rudy Giuliani
Mitt Romney
And I’m not sure who I would pick for the next slot.

Yeah, but it’s so much fun
Which begs the question: why is this entry still on the site??

It’s getting a lot of outgoing clicks, Ty. That means a lot of people are interested in Sam Brownback and are contributing to his campaign. Besides, I don’t delete posts. Once it’s up, it’s up.
