Sam Brownback is building an amazing coalition of supporters across Iowa as the Ames straw poll approaches. Billy Valentine reports this from Race 4 2008:
The Brownback campaign announced today its “Pastors for Brownback” advisory committee, an impressive list of Iowa pastors supporting Brownback for president.
And there’s more:
Other coalitions launched include Vietnamese for Brownback, Catholics for Brownback, Taxpayers for Brownback, and Moms for Brownback (with an official website launched today).
And you already know about Blogs 4 Brownback.
It seems like just about everybody’s for Brownback these days. I hope they all find their way to Ames. Sam Brownback’s momentum is building. This is an exciting time to be a Brownbacker.
Update: Somehow I left out Baptists for Brownback. Sorry!

Psycheout,
Aren’t you forgetting someone? Do not forget about the Baptists for Brownback, dear. It may be hard for some lesser Christians to accept that there are Baptists supporting a Catholic for president, but stranger things have happened in the name of Jesus.
Along the same lines as your wonderful post, I have recently heard mumblings of Jews for Brownback, Unborn Babies for Brownback, House Painters for Sam Brownback, Filipinos Love Brownback, and even a Muslim group who supports our beloved Sam Brownback.
The only ones you can count out are those west coast kilt-wearing hippies who hate him and anything decent with a passion. Then again, Sam does not need his name associated with those kinds of people.
Praise!

Mrs. T.D. Gaines-Crockett, as you all know, helped spearhead the ‘Witches for Brownback’ coalition earlier this year.
