		<description>Guys, you have to take into account that speaking strictly from logic, the pro-choice side is more justifiable than the pro-life side relative to a democratic society. I won&#039;t go into the horrendously complex logic arguments (over 100 pages in the authoritative book on abortion argumentation), but it is also important to consider that in a democracy, the majority rules, and since most major polls on abortion show more Americans supporting at least some allowance on abortion (usually up to around the start or middle of the 2nd trimester), it is logically justifiable to translate that into law. Too bad so sad.
